The James B. Morris Scholarship Fund is proud to provide over $43,000 in scholarship support to 32 students in 2010.
Full Morris Scholarship Recipient
Natalia Lawson - Hiawatha, IA - 2010 Morris Scholar Natalia Lawson is a graduate student studying physical therapy at the University of Iowa. Natalia received James B. Morris Scholarship support beginning in 2007 when she studied athletic training and exercise science at UNI. Natalia says the financial support was monumental to her success at UNI because it allowed her to focus on her studies, but equally important was the emotional support. “It always helped me to know that during difficult times in my academic career the people at the Morris Fund believed in me.” After she graduates, Natalia plans to stay in Iowa and practice physical therapy with those most in need.
